------- GENERAL
I can decline a commission if I'm not comfortable or I'm unable to draw it.
My artwork always have watermark, for commercial use I will put it in a hidden place, depending on the commission, just the logo or remove it completely if requested.
Please credit me if you post the commission on social media.
------- PAYMENTS
Full payment after reviewing and accepting the commission. If you don't answer my DM's about the payment or any type of ghosting about the commission, I can cancel the commission (If you don't reply in 2 days -48 hours- for the payment I'll cancel your commission).
-------- REVISIONS
I'm okay with doing some small changes or adding things I forget thru the sketch and base color! But making changes on a rendered piece or major changes (Like changing the pose, render somewhere, removing something) is a big no, only if the fixes are paid.
--------- DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
I can get busy a lot of times, but I will always be honest about why, if you want updates, don't be shy on asking for them! I don't use fixed deadlines because of my busy schedule and sometimes I get too invested in the commissions too, but for everything I usually take less than a month.

Personal use only, if you want commercial use, don't forget to check them before sending your request.
Please don't use WIPs or unpaid commissions on any social media or for commissions.
Don't involve my art with political, religious, social topics or campaigns/speechs.
If you upload my art in ToyHouse, please credit me as "qriztanium".
Prohibited to use my art and commissioned work for Cryptographic assets or Artificial intelligence.
-------- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I will use commissions as examples unless you select another option in the request.I own the art even if commercial rights are purchased, any changes to the art, please notify and I can help you!
MY commercial merchandising and monetized content options are merged, so there's just one commercial right option who work with digital content and merchandising.
The artist retains full copyrights over the created image, unless negotiated otherwise.
Personal commissions may not be used for monetary gain.
Additional fees to exchange full intellectual property rights will be required.
-------- REFUNDS
Vgen has a refund system. Just please take in consideration my deadline and delivery conditions, I'm very open if I have problems with the deadline and I hope we can understand each other. I won't do refunds after the sketch phase.

If there are problems with the communication system we are using, please contact me via discord as "qriztanium", send an email or use my social media, I will try to contact you too.
Please take in consideration timezones if I don't answer quickly.Please be respectful, I can deny a commission if you're being rude.
---------- CUSTOMS
Customs follow the same rules as other commissions.
Don't sell them for a higher price unless they have extra paid art.You can change the design later, but don't edit my art.
My credits as designer must stay too.Please let me know if you resell or trade my designs and who is the new owner, I like to keep track of my designs! It's better if you have a ToyHouse account.
